Governor tells conference S.C. is ‘place to be’

Gov. Henry McMaster closed out the 2020 S.C. Manufacturing Conference and Expo on Friday by praising the state's ports, agriculture, universities, a long list of global manufacturers, and several of South Carolina's strongest assets that continue to draw manufacturers and suppliers to the state.

COVID-19 test manufacturer coming to North Charleston

Vigilent Labs, a technology company that manufactures rapid COVID-19 test kits, plans to establish operations in North Charleston and begin production in December.

Virtual tour gives visitors panoramic view of capital city

A partnership between SKYNAV and Experience Columbia SC also provides online visitors images galleries and videos of the capital city as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to limit in-person travel. The virtual tour features pinpointed attractions, including the S.C. Statehouse and Colonial Life Arena as well as outdoor recreational activities available in the capital city.
