These soft sugar cookies with fudge and a banana whipped cream are amazing.
Make the whipped cream as below so that is firmer and then add banana flavor and a little ripe, mashed bananas. The "cookies" are made with a Vanilla Bean Baby Cake Mix and scooped onto a baking sheet with an ice cream scoop!
