Salmon on Focaccia Bread
This is an excellent sandwich--salmon fillets on homemade focaccia.
Focaccia is our easiest bread mix! The salmon here is dressed with olive oil, a little lemon, grated cheese and greens.
Salmon fillets cook quickly on the stovetop or in the oven. So this is a quick, easy meal. Better yet, when you cook salmon for dinner, make extra for meals later. Cooked salmon fillets will freeze well.
