For the 2024 tilt, I will be joined in the ABC sound-proof facility in Montmartre with a café au lait and croissant by a man who is on the pole every day, who understands, better than most, the ongoing allure of the shot-put and still believes that the twirl of hurl is our natural number one sporting passion. That man is Rampaging Roy Slaven.
