Bowls have become one of our favorite meals because they’re so versatile. The basic formula is a starch such as your favorite grain or potato and your favorite vegetables, greens, seasoned tofu (optional) and sauces. They make a great meal for weeknights and gatherings large and small. Place all of the elements in separate bowls and allow everyone to fill their bowls to create their own masterpiece.
