From the McDougall Kitchen: Butternut Squash

As Autumn ushers in the early morning chill, we pull out our comfy sweaters and start craving warm comfort foods. Nothing is more versatile during this season than butternut squash.  Steamed, baked or roasted, butternut squash not only can stand alone, but is also a great addition to any soup, stew or entrée. Here are a few recipes we enjoy making with this nutritious, and delicious, winter squash.
