Mashed Potato Variations

A steaming dish of mashed potatoes is comfort in a bowl, so tasty and so filling. While perfect on their own, jazzing up your basic Mashed Potatoes with some variations can be fun and delicious. Roasted Mashed Potatoes are so flavorful, they can be savored without any gravy or sauce. A combination of sweet and spicy, Mashed Potatoes with Carrots can be made with either regular or sweet potatoes depending on your preference and what you have on hand.
