Maximum Weight Loss Recipes

Maximum Weight Loss Program meals are made up of  plates filled with half starch and half low-calorie dense vegetables, achieving a balanced 50/50 ratio. Pre-loading meals with a simple Vegetable Soup or Shredded Salad with Tarragon Dressing helps you lose weight by filling your stomach with with low-calorie dense foods before you eat your main meal. By following the 50/50 principle, you can eat delicious and satitsfying foods like pasta with our Marinara Sauce and Potato Casserole while still losing weight.
