In honor of Dr. John McDougall, savor some of his favorite meals designed for optimal health. Start your day like John and Mary McDougall with a hearty bowl of oatmeal; try our Easy Oats for Two topped with fresh fruit. Dr. McDougall's all-time favorite meal was a baked sweet potato with broccoli, drizzled with Peanut Sauce. Another staple in the McDougall household is Mashed Potatoes with Fat Free Golden Gravy, a dish as comforting as it is delicious.
