Heather loves the simplicity of Beans and Rice served with Pico de Gallo. John and Mary never tire of Baked Yams with Peanut Dressing and a side of broccoli. The whole family enjoys assembling Spicy Tofu Tacos with their favorite toppings. Heather's boys like to eat Eggless Egg Salad served open-faced on bread. Easy-to-make Fluffy Pancakes are a perfect breakfast for children to start their day with a full stomach before leaving for school.
