Breakfast can be the most hectic meal of the day when you have to get out the door on time. Eating healthy foods that nourish our bodies is the best way to start the day. With a little planning, we can set ourselves up for success with quick and easy recipes like Fantastic Overnight Cereal which can be made the night before and eaten either hot or cold. When you have a few minutes to prepare your morning meal, Breakfast Apple Rice and Instant Dream Waker are both great options. If you like to batch cook for the week, Savory OatmealSweet Potato Beginnings or Fruit and Oat Breakfast Bars are delicious and filling.
