Here at the McDougall Program, we love meal options that are quick and easy, especially when they include one of our favorite starches - potatoes! Oil-free frozen hash browns make the prep of our Potato Chowder a breeze. Enjoy Green Goddess Potato Salad made with simply potatoes or add your favorite veggies. Potato Tacos are an easy weeknight meal that utilizes pantry staples. Leftover cooked potatoes make Better than Firesign Potatoes or Peppered Kale and Potatoes flavorful meals with minimal effort.

If you’re having trouble reaching your health or weight loss goals we are here to help. When you sign up for our 12-Day McDougall Program, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Support Specialist who will meet with you each day of the program to answer any questions you have. You will continue to work with your Support Specialist on a weekly and then monthly basis for an entire year following the program to help you stay on track. There are lots of ways to stay in touch, a community of 12-Day participants offers support, encouragement and understanding in weekly Zoom meetings. Twice a month Heather, Mary and Dr. McDougall host a Zoom meeting to catch up and answer any questions you may have. 

Learning from home will allow you to immediately apply what you’ve learned, practice in your own kitchen and get direct guidance from the McDougall team as questions come up. This is the exact environment where you’ll be challenged in your everyday life, and we’ll be there with you every step of the way. We’re here to set you up for lasting success.
