Oil-free ketchup, BBQ sauce, mustard and marinara are great staples we all love, but sometimes we have a craving for something different. Add a little zing to your favorite starch or veggie by whipping up a tasty sauce that’s new to you. Spicy Cajun Sauce is a hearty topping for grains or potatoes that can be made spicier by adding more chili powder or hot sauce. Mary’s Basic White Sauce is a creamy and versatile sauce that can be used in a gratin or transformed into an Alfredo sauce or Carbonara sauce and served over pasta with the addition of steam fried onions, veggies and tofu. If you’re avoiding nuts, Yummy Sauce was created to mimic the richness of nut-based sauces, without the high-fat content. Make a double batch of Mushroom Tomato Sauce, it freezes beautifully and is equally delicious on pasta, rice or potatoes. A Supportive Community 

If you’re having trouble reaching your health or weight loss goals we are here to help. When you sign up for our 12-Day McDougall Program, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Support Specialist who will meet with you each day of the program to answer any questions you have. You will continue to work with your Support Specialist on a weekly and then monthly basis for an entire year following the program to help you stay on track. A community of 12-Day participants offers support, encouragement and understanding in weekly Zoom meetings. Once a month Heather, Mary and Dr. McDougall host a Zoom meeting to catch up and answer any questions you may have. 

Learning from home will allow you to immediately apply what you’ve learned, practice in your own kitchen and get direct guidance from the McDougall team as questions come up. This is the exact environment where you’ll be challenged in your everyday life, and we’ll be there with you every step of the way. We’re here to set you up for lasting success.
