Don’t let the last fresh ingredients of Summer go to waste! Soups are a great way to utilize the gifts of the season and create satiating meals. Why not make a double or triple batch of your favorite soups and freeze them to enjoy on a day when you are too busy to cook? You can take out frozen soups you made with garden fresh ingredients and savor them during the fall and winter. Here are a few delicious soups we find ourselves making over and over again.
