Winter is officially here and appropriately, January is National Soup Month. Take yourself on a virtual vacation with flavorful soups and stews from around the world. Fire-roasted tomatoes give Tortilla Soup with Crispy Tortilla Strips a flavorful base that will take your taste buds on a trip south of the border. Cook up a batch of Moroccan Red Lentil Soup and let its aromatic spices fill your home with exotic scents. Caribbean Vegetable Stew is a spicy bean stew filled with hearty vegetables complemented by sweet pineapple. Pasta Fagioli is a simple Italian-inspired bean and pasta stew that is easy to prepare. Add a salad or whole wheat bread to any of these delicious recipes for a filling meal.

If you’re having trouble reaching your health or weight loss goals we are here to help. When you sign up for our 12-Day McDougall Program, you’ll be assigned a dedicated Support Specialist who will meet with you each day of the program to answer any questions you have. You will continue to work with your Support Specialist on a weekly and then monthly basis for an entire year following the program to help you stay on track. A community of 12-Day participants offers support, encouragement and understanding in weekly Zoom meetings. Twice a month Heather, Mary and Dr. McDougall host a Zoom meeting to catch up and answer any questions you may have. 

Learning from home will allow you to immediately apply what you’ve learned, practice in your own kitchen and get direct guidance from the McDougall team as questions come up. This is the exact environment where you’ll be challenged in your everyday life, and we’ll be there with you every step of the way. We’re here to set you up for lasting success.
