General NIH notices: Notice of Participation of the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research (NIDCR) in PA-23-317, Competing Revisions to Existing NIH Single Project Research Grants and Cooperative Agreements (Clinical Trial Optional) (NOT-DE-26-002) Non-NIH funding opportunities: The Duke University's Center for Spirituality, Theology and Health is offering $3,700 scholarships for graduate students from low- and middle-income countries or other economically disadvantaged settings to attend a 5-day workshop on conducting research in religion, spirituality, and health. The workshop will be held August 11â15, 2025, and scholarships will cover tuition, airfare, hotel accommodations, and meals. Apply as soon as possible to allow time for visa processing. They fund internationally and accept applications from academics and commercial entities.
Application deadline: July 21, 2025 The European Respiratory Society (ERS) Long-Term Research Fellowships support researchers and clinicians in the early stages of their careers to carry out basic, translational or clinical research projects lasting 6â24 months. Fellowship recipients conduct projects at research institutions outside of their home country, enabling fellows to access and learn research techniques that are not available at their home institutions.
Application deadline: July 30, 2025 The Asian Pacific Society of Respirology Short-Term Research/Training Scholarship is open for applications. This scholarship enables young respirologists to develop, acquire, and apply advanced research procedures and techniques in the area of respiratory medicine for up to six months in a foreign country/region within the APSR region.
