Sutton Coldfield-based funeral services provider Dignity has described its latest financial year as "resilient" although the business reported a pre-tax loss. An ongoing 'root and branch review' at the business is scheduled to conclude in the second quarter of 2021, while Dignity's largest shareholder has requisitioned a general meeting in a bid to remove executive chairman Clive Whiley.
