S.D. seeks to impose Medicaid work requirements on parents, caretakers South Dakota has submitted a request to the Trump administration seeking approval for a program that would require some parents or caretakers who are covered by Medicaid to devote at least 80 hours per month to work, courses or other activities. A survey of business leaders conducted on behalf of the Association of American Colleges & Universities found that 82% of executives and three-quarters of managers believe a college education is "very important" or "absolutely essential" for employees.
