Chick-fil-A $4.4M settlement deadline looms Feb. 15; How to file a claim
Chick-fil-A reached a $4.4 million settlement in October in a class action lawsuit that said the company was advertising free or low-cost delivery of its food but then raising prices of products only for delivery orders. The deadline for filing a claim is 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 15.
