Judge's union files unfair labor practice complaint against DOJ The National Association of Immigration Judges on Friday submitted two filings to the Federal Labor Relations Authority accusing the Justice Department of unfair labor practices. Hibob CEO Ronni Zehavi writes that four-day workweeks may be the next move for corporate America as companies seek to reduce employee burnout and increase morale and productivity.
