Last year, a disgruntled Gene Simmons was frustrated with California taxes -- so he packed up his Beverly Hills mansion and moved to Nevada. But now he’s back! The KISS frontman and his longtime wife Shannon Tweed had a change of heart, shelling out $10.5 million for a 13,500-square-foot villa in the 90210. Sitting on half an acre, the contemporary mansion has four bedrooms and five bathrooms, five fireplaces, a heated pool and garage that will hold 16-18 cars. And over on the East Coast, a massive Hamptons mansion has finally sold for a whopping $31 million to an unidentified Florida billionaire. On the market for a full decade, the 11.5-acre spread’s asking price was once $60 million. The 17,000-square-foot mansion includes 12 bedrooms, 17 bathrooms, a disco area with a full bar, tennis court, 60-foot heated pool with an underwater stereo system, spa area with a steam room and sauna, and so much more.
