The acquisitions were completed over the course of the last 12 months and are part of the company's plan to offer more accessible and diverse well-being products and brands on its way to becoming the "most loved and accessible well-being company on Earth," according to David Weir, The Original Fit Factory founder and CEO.

The group will consist of 20 selected European fit tech companies and startups, including a number of tech companies from EuropeActive’s President’s Council for Suppliers Digital & Tech.
