This doesn’t mean he’ll definitely be indicted, but it’s not good news for a man who’s already among the accused in civil suits brought by voting-machine manufacturers Dominion and Smartmatic. Giuliani is scheduled to appear Wednesday before the special grand jury hearing evidence in the Georgia case. A senior Ukrainian official speaking anonymously to the New York Times said that “an elite Ukrainian military unit operating behind enemy lines” was responsible for today’s explosion. Kyiv hasn’t publicly claimed responsibility for the attack, which sent up massive fireballs, but an adviser to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy called it “demilitarization in action.” Russian officials said a fire triggered the blasts. Authorities believe the culprit is a single adult bottlenose dolphin. “There are certain body parts where dolphins don’t like to be touched, like the tip of their nose and their dorsal fin,” said Masaki Yasui. “I’d heard about the dolphin on the news and was going to get out of the water immediately if I saw it,” said a man who was bitten on his arm. “But by the time I noticed it, it was right next to me.” (Source: The Guardian) |

| | | Panda-monium | Red Panda Home Safe After Escaping Australian Zoo Arranged marriages can be problematic. Ravi the red panda was moved to Adelaide Zoo last week as a potential mate for Mishry. But by Friday the cat-sized Himalayan herbivore had disappeared. At first staff thought he was within zoo grounds. But then Ravi was spotted chilling in a fig tree in the neighboring botanical gardens. Zookeepers tried to lure him down with bits of bamboo and corn, but eventually resorted to darting him.
