Tom Jones Is Jumping into Love

Watch as two lovers follow their hearts in a new adaptation of Henry Fielding's satirical novel. Tom is a cheeky chap who falls in love with an heiress, but their class differences and the people around them make it difficult for them to be together. Wrongfully convicted of a 1973 San Francisco Chinatown gangland murder, Korean American immigrant Chol Soo Lee was set free after a pan-Asian solidarity movement galvanized to exonerate him. The film airs on Monday, April 24, at 10pm on KQED 9, or stream it on the PBS App.
