Grab a couple slices and go ala mode. Drizzle it with caramel sauce. (Really that's our buttermilk syrup.) Sprinkle it with nuts or add fresh bananas or strawberries.

Banana bread is best if it's been in the refrigerator for several days. It freezes well.

I'm partial to our banana bread because it's loaded with cinnamon chips and we put extra flavor in it.

Tip: If your bananas are ripe but you don't have time to bake, peel them, put them in a zip lock, and freeze them.
