Every entrepreneur I know is leaving money on the table in their business... 

...Myself included. 

Which is why I'm being so aggressive with getting coaching and outside eyes. 

But today... 

I want to share three simple things 99% of entrepreneurs aren't doing (or aren't doing well)... 

...That will help you get an instant cash injection in your business. 

And quite literally increase your profits overnight. 

They are... 

1. Max Out Your Upsells 

There's an old saying... 

"The easiest sale you'll make is to the customer you already have." 

...And the #1 fastest way to get more money into your business today

...Is to dial in your upsells. 

"Having" an upsell isn't enough. 

As a general rule of thumb... you should be converting between 15-20% of your front end buyers on your first upsell. 

And if you aren't?

Good! 

That means you can quickly and dramatically increase your revenue with a few small tweaks. 

First... 

You need to make sure you're promoting the right offer by selling "more of the same" with your first upsell. 

For example...

With our Millionaire Morning Routine program... the first upsell is our Perfect Day Kit. 

Because it's the next logical solution our customers are going to need. 

Once they've mastered their mornings... the next step is to master their days. 

And the kit is a perfect way for them to do that. 

Second... 

If you haven't already... be sure to test VSLs vs. text sales letters for your upsells. 

In my experience... a VSL will always convert better than a TSL (we went from about a 3% conversion rate to almost 20% just by switching to a VSL).  

But the only way to know for sure in your business is to test. 

And finally... 

...Even if someone doesn't take your upsell the first time. 

You can still convert them later with effective email follow-up. 

Keep pushing your upsells in your email follow up sequence and you'll likely convert another 10-15% of your front end customers on your secondary offers. 

2. Create Recurring Revenue Offers 

The second way you're leaving money on the table is by focusing only on "one and done" offers. 

Listen... 

Selling high-ticket courses and expensive products is great. 

But to turn your business into a sustainable cash machine... 

...You need to create scalable recurring offers that people pay for again and again and again. 

And they don't need to be complicated. 

For example... 

You can create a simple Facebook or a Zoom group coaching offer (like my 2X-Live program) in less than a day. 

Offer a $1 trial to the program as an upsell on one of your core offers. 

And then charge $97 a month in return for a few group coaching calls or live workshops each month. 

If you can get just 100 people to join...

...You've got a 6-figure offer that will keep the profits pouring in month after month after month. 

3. "Super High" Your Offers 

The third and final way to get an instant cash injection into your business... 

...Is to create a "super high" (ticket) offer that caters to the top 0.01% of your customers. 

Listen... 

No matter what industry you're in... 

You have a small handful of customers who don't just want your "best" offer... 

...They want your "best of the best". 

And they're willing to pay top dollar to get it. 

This is why two people can walk onto a car lot... 

And drive away in the same make and model. 

But one person pays $30k and the other pays $70k. 

It's also why I have coaching clients who pay me $25k for a year of email and once a month phone coaching. 

And others who will pay me $25K for a single day... 

...To have my complete and undivided attention on their business and help them move even faster. 

If you don't have a super high ticket offer... 

What can you do to create one in the next week? 

How can you take your high-ticket offer and make it even more valuable and "done for you"... 

...So that you can justify charging 5-10X the current price? 

Even if you only get one person to take you up on the offer... 

You'll drive thousands of dollars in profit overnight.
