The EAT Crop Tour estimated the final wheat yield with 95% accuracy over the last three years in Romania and Ukraine, one month before the harvest. In 2017, Russia's wheat production has been well underestimated by operators and in 2018, the production has been overestimated before the harvest. Therefore, we have to go in the field !
