Here’s a recent example. The automated scheduling platform Calendly just announced a new feature – Calendly Routing Forms – that uses screening questions to direct customers and prospects to book a meeting with the right member of a sales or marketing team.

It seems that if an application hangs around long enough, and intertwines its way into marketers’ regular workflow, it will inevitably become martech. Remember when Google was just a tool to find websites?
