| Fondazione Sozzani presenta la mostra Rue de Mauricette della designer emergente Macy Grimshaw. La collezione di abiti e accessori interpreta con ironia e leggerezza la natura effimera della memoria. Ogni pezzo è ispirato alla nonna malata di Alzheimer, alla sua vita e al suo guardaroba. Utilizzando materiali fragili come carta, riviste e manifesti, Macy dà forma alla vulnerabilità dei ricordi. Per la sua connessione profonda e commovente con la vita reale, la designer è stata premiata con il Rewarding Honours powered by Fondazione Sozzani nell’edizione 2025 dell’ITS Contest. |

Fondazione Sozzani presents the exhibition Rue de Mauricette by emerging designer Macy Grimshaw. The collection of clothing and accessories ironically and lightly interprets the ephemeral nature of memory. Each piece is inspired by her grandmother affected by Alzheimer’s, her life and her wardrobe. Using fragile materials such as paper, magazines and posters, Macy shapes the vulnerability of memories. For her deep and moving connection to real life, the designer was granted the Rewarding Honours powered by Fondazione Sozzani in the 2025 edition of the ITS Contest. |

Macy Grimshaw è una fashion designer franco-britannica, nata a Hong Kong. Si laurea nel 2024 in moda alla Central Saint Martins di Londra. Macy crea pezzi unici per pubblicazioni come Vogue Germany e Dust Magazine, e ha recentemente collaborato con Highsnobiety. |

Fondazione Sozzani was established in 2016 by Carla Sozzani and is dedicated to the promotion of culture through photography, fashion, the fine arts, and applied arts. The Foundation has assumed the patronage of Galleria Carla Sozzani and continues all relevant public functions that the Gallery has supported since 1990. Sara Sozzani Maino has curated and coordinated projects dedicated to education, responsibility and the next generation of creatives. |
