Chris Havard, GISCafe Sweepstakes Winner

Havard has lived in southeast Texas all of his life. “I have been in the industry for over 35 years. Prior to getting in the industry, I served as a law enforcement officer. I have held positions from Piping Designer to Project Manager, just depending on the needs of the company and the projects at the time. The place where I currently work is just starting to embrace 3D laser scanning. I have used laser scans in designs for the past five years.”
