Earlier this year, I found out about a new canning lid brand called Superb. If you saw my review on them, you might have noticed their blue gasket color, which is unique. But better yet, the seals felt heavier and thicker than other brands out there. They’re also made in the USA!

I’ve tried several batches and so far, I’ve had good results using them.
