Here's the Scoop on Giving Tuesday

 
One week from today, your friendly neighbourhood tool library is trying something new. We are participating in Giving Tuesday to raise money to support NEW TOOLS for the tool inventory!

There is much more to come, but for now, please mark your calendars for Giving Tuesday on November 28th, 2023! We'll be asking for donations from our membership to help us purchase some new tools you'll want to get your hands on!

What the Heck is Giving Tuesday?


Giving Tuesday reimagines a world built upon a shared humanity and generousity. It is always held on the first Tuesday after Black Friday, the day after American Thanksgiving that has become synonymous with sales and consumerism. Giving Tuesday aims to counteract that, and shine a light on the power of helping others through donations.

Stay tuned for information on our VERY exciting matching donor to make sure your contributions are DOUBLED as well as the tools we'll be adding to the library with your support. Watch this space for more info!
