Dear Reader
There is only one Jack Phillips. You may know his story. Jack is the Colorado cake artist who faced punishment for declining to promote messages that contradict his Christian faith. His stand brought him all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, and Jack won.
But his story doesn't end there, as Jack is still standing up in court for his freedom of speech and the liberty to live out his faith.
For over a decade, Jack has seen lawsuit after lawsuit, his family threatened, and his name dragged through the mud.
While there is only one Jack Philips, there are many like him who want to say what they believe, do good work, and honor their faith.
Many artists like Jack are finding themselves either silenced or forced to affirm government-mandated ideology they disagree with. No one should have to go through what Jack has, but unless he and others take a stand, many others may see the government rob them of their freedoms.
That's not an America we want to live in or pass on to our children.
We already told you Lorie Smith's story, a Colorado graphic artist who saw the writing on the wall after Jack's odyssey to the Supreme Court.
Now Lorie finds herself in a similar position. She's standing for her own speech, her own right to create freely–and that of all Americans.
This #GivingTuesday, we've set an audacious goal to raise $200,000. And thanks to a generous matching grant given by a Ministry Friend, you can stand with Jack and Lorie and DOUBLE any gift up to the goal amount. Will you give $25, $50, or even $100 and see your impact double? |

Who's next? So many find themselves in Jack's and Lorie's shoes. They want the right to speak and live freely–without coercion from the government.
Alliance Defending Freedom is standing by Jack and Lorie as we have since the beginning–as friends like you have made possible.
This #GivingTuesday is your chance to double down on your defense of Jack, Lorie, and others like them through the $200,000 matching grant.
Jack has suffered and stood not just for himself, but on behalf of all Americans. He's borne his cross faithfully and joyfully. Because for him, it's not about just what he has to say.
"I want a world where everyone, no matter who they are, is free to speak and advocate for the ideas they truly believe in," Jack says.
Take the opportunity this #GivingTuesday to dig deep and speak up for Jack and other stalwarts of free speech, like Dr. Andrew Fox, Maggie DeJong, and Lorie Smith.
This #GivingTuesday, will you raise your voice by giving and double your impact?
