Be part of a global initiative to advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) in the marketing industry. Canada has joined 26 other countries to measure the current status of DEI in its workforce. The data gathered will ultimately help both guide and measure progress. This global survey is spearheaded by the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA), with the help of Kantar, VoxComm and Campaign. Survey responses are anonymous and questions will focus on: How individuals identify themselves in terms of race, ethnicity, sexuality, etc. People’s experiences (sense of belonging, inclusiveness) at their companies.
