| Good morning, Newtopians! Aren’t you all looking springlike today, and wouldn’t you know it that here in Colorado—home to Newtopia Now—we’re feeling those invigorating seasonal vibes.
Many of us are observing the reemergence of our most beloved perennials, marveling at their ability to weather the winter storms only to be perkier than they were the year before. (Now that’s curb appeal!) How do they do it? Putting their energy into growing a strong foundation, it turns out they’re not so different from us. The stronger the foundation, the healthier and more resilient we become.
As more and more Americans seek both daily optimization and long-term health—from better sleep to more supple skin and balanced hormones—the wellness industry has exploded. Whether by nurturing your skin from the inside or out, balancing your body at the cellular level or supporting mental acuity, the conscious beauty, supplements and food and beverage industries are connecting the dots between the choices you make and your ability to both glow and thrive, much like that dashing peony.

Then, on Tuesday, August 27, National Geographic Fellow, Netlix host and New York Times-bestselling author Dan Buettner will guide us through the world’s Blue Zones. What can the CPG industry glean from the world’s oldest and healthiest populations?
