Today's Featured PostGluten Free Snickerdoodle Cookies
By littergitter
When I saw Holly's recipe for Snickerdoodles, I knew I had to have some gluten free. When I went to Walmart, I expected to be able to pick up a box, but there were none on the shelf. Folks with Celiac disease must have seen Holly's recipe.

One of my close friends lives in Iceland, and he's given me some wonderful recipes over the years. I used one of his Icelandic stew recipes to come up with this soup and he's given me his stamp of approval. It is super hearty and delicious, and is so comforting on these chilly days. I like it with a squeeze of lemon and some crusty bread.

Sweet potatoes and cheese are a good combination. I used to do mashed potatoes mixed with cheese instead of salt. Now, I'm preparing this for my late dinner.
