General Motors is offering a $25,000 reward to anyone with information about nooses and "whites only" signs at a plant in Toledo, Ohio. Nine employees of a company that builds parts for Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC vehicles have filed a lawsuit alleging acts of racism in the workplace.
