KSAT obtained records dating back to 2015 that include written reports from the Wilson County Sheriff's Office showing complaints of alleged animal neglect by Glori Penshorn. Penshorn, to date, has faced a single misdemeanor charge. Superstitious? A rare Harvest Full Moon to arrive on Friday the 13th Maybe it is because Jason Vorhees haunted Camp Crystal Lake under a full moon or because superstition is abound, but Friday the 13th will definitely feel a little creepier this year thanks to a rare lunar event. A full harvest micromoon is set to appear in the sky Friday night. his is the first full moon to happen nationwide on Friday the 13th since October 13, 2000. Weekend plans? San Antonio voters following redistricting hearings closely Hundreds of San Antonio-area voters attended a redistricting hearing at Port San Antonio on Thursday. This was the second field redistricting hearing by the House of Representatives.  About 28 field hearings are set to take place before the 2021 redistricting process. The goal is to solicit public input to draw the redistricting maps, a process that takes place every 10 years. Lawmakers in the 87th Legislature will get to redraw state and federal legislative district boundaries.  Revenue bump from CPS Energy allows for more city-funded projects in FY 2020 A hot Texas summer is boosting San Antonio's revenue this coming fiscal year. City leaders approved a balanced budget. Several wish list projects were approved as part of an unprecedented one-time revenue bump from CPS Energy.
