In honor of Pari's recovery and her return to KSAT, we thought it would be appropriate to dive in on all things Ursula — how she got started in broadcast, what her favorite moments as a journalist have been, her favorite things about San Antonio and so many other things. Overgrown yards, graffiti, potholes: Where do the most 311 reports come from in San Antonio? San Antonio residents have reported everything from overgrown yards to potholes through the city's 311 nonemergency line. In the past year alone, San Antonio residents have filed 604,174 complaints through 311, either by phone, online, or through the app. With city officials marking the one-year milestone of the app, KSAT.com broke down data provided by the city to see what issues were reported in each council district. Harris, who pleaded guilty to five counts of sexual assault last month as part of a plea deal, appeared before Judge Frank Castro to be sentenced. Castro rejected the plea deal Harris had entered into with the Bexar County District Attorney's Office, possibly sending Harris to trial on the aggravated sexual assault charges. Man killed by gunfire on East Side, police say A man in his 30s was shot and killed while standing on a street corner on the city's East Side late Monday night, San Antonio police said. Officers were called around 10 p.m. to East Crockett Street near North Polaris Street, after receiving reports of a shooting.
