Cooking with local and seasonal produce is a favorite year-round practice, but it’s especially top of mind with Earth Day just around the corner. Eating sustainable foods like seafood and root vegetables is easy when you have the right recipes in your arsenal. So today, I’m sharing some of my favorite ways to cook with the planet in mind, plus a few green swaps you can make in the kitchen. Finish it all off with a tall pour of organically produced wine, and you have yourself an Earth Day feast fit for a king!
