The Justice Department took aim at Google’s most obvious Achilles Heel this week citing its dominance in the search market, both organic and paid, as the digital story of the decade gathered pace.

My colleague Andrew Blustein took the time to analyze how the online giant is aiming to counter these claims from a brand marketing perspective by asserting that the DoJ’s claims are “deeply flawed”.
