Gov. Hogan asks state prosecutor to begin criminal investigation of UMMS, Baltimore Mayor Pugh's deals

Gov. Larry Hogan on Monday formally asked the state prosecutor investigate allegations of self-dealing and no-bid contracting involving Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh in her role as a member of the University of Maryland Medical System board.
