Cantrell investigation: City attorneys have asked a federal judge to stay a civil rights lawsuit recently filed against Mayor LaToya Cantrell by French Quarter resident Anne Breaud, citing a "pending, ongoing, wide-ranging active investigation" of the mayor by U.S. Attorney Duane Evans' office.
