Governor closes restaurant dining rooms statewide

S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster mandated that all restaurants and bars close their dine-in services across the state. Greenville joined Columbia in declaring a citywide state of emergency, while a curfew went into effect in Columbia on Wednesday.
