Governor orders nonessential businesses to close statewide

S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster ordered all nonessential businesses to close statewide starting today. Nonessential businesses include nightclubs, concert venues, theaters, tourist attractions and indoor children’s play areas except daycares.

CBRE to lease and manage 1333 Main St.

The commercial real estate agency is a tenant in the 203,307-square-foot building purchased in February by Miami-based Galium Capital LLC. CBRE will also lease and manage Vista Center, a retail center located across the street.

Carnival cruise ship to remain in Charleston through May 11

The Carnival Sunshine will remain in Charleston Harbor through May 11 as Carnival makes plans to extend its pause in operations. The ship has been docked at the Columbus Street Terminal since March 16, when all passengers disembarked.
