Governor requests small business loan eligibility

Almost as soon as President Donald Trump said $50 billion would be made available for coronavirus-related small business disaster loans, S.C. Gov. Henry McMaster requested a share of the capital for the Palmetto State.

CBRE report says Greenville has healthy vacancy rate

According to a CBRE analysis, Greenville claimed the fourth lowest vacancy rate for new industrial developments in the nation last year. Of the 4 million square feet of new industrial projects built last year, 18.7% remained vacant at the time of the study

Expect detours around 85/385 Gateway Project 

If weather permits construction this weekend, Miller Road, along with the right lane of Woodruff Road eastbound, will be closed and detoured as work continues on the 85/385 Gateway Project. The closure is expected to last from tonight at 10 until Saturday at 8 p.m. and will resume Sunday from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., according to the S.C. Department of Transportation.
