As was the case in Minneapolis earlier this month, the hacktivist group Anonymous has also taken credit for the disruption to the website of the Atlanta Police Department, following the killing of Rayshard Brooks. Local reports indicate that the outage lasted approximately three hours. Remote Public Meetings Must Still Be Public

But transparency groups are starting to speak out about potential problems with the practice. A new suite of software from Deloitte called GovConnect reflects a pivot to the most pressing needs today, like disease tracking, contact tracing and supporting the reopening of local economies.
