18F to Help Wisconsinites Get Back to Work

COVID-19 tested every state unemployment system in the country, and few were up to the task. But the state of Wisconsin has enlisted a new partner to help its Department of Workforce Development modernize so it can better serve unemployed residents: 18F. The partnership will use modular contracting to develop a user-focused approach on an aggressive fall 2021 timeline. 

Online Payments Coming to West Virginia

“This is something that should have happened a long time ago,” West Virginia State Treasurer Riley Moore said of the recent bill signed into law by Gov. Jim Justice aimed at bringing online payments for government services to the citizens of the state. The law requires that local governments in the state’s 55 counties get on board with online digital services as well.
