Faubourg fallout: Plans to make Faubourg Brewing Co. in New Orleans East a regional beer-making powerhouse have been derailed. Stephanie Riegel and Ian McNulty report that company that runs the place is moving major parts of its operations to other locations. But the taproom and event space will remain open, and Faubourg-brand beer will still be produced there, Zoe Collins Rath reports.
