The Greenlit Brands sell-off is set to gain another leg. The retailer, which owns a bunch of brands, has called in the bankers to test buyer appetite in its mattresses and bedroom furniture brands, including Snooze and Original Mattress Factory.

Sydney-based Miles Advisory has landed the mandate and is expected to get pitching to private equity firms and other large retailers in coming months, as part of the wider strategic review.

Elsewhere, we have caught some ASX-listed companies taking a close look at Lendlease’s up-for-sale services business, and have got the lowdown on which banks KKR has lined up to fund Colonial First State.
